The mandatory induction is aimed at all members new to our gym and teaches you how to correctly use our equipment; providing you with a personal health check, current fitness assessment and a FREE training session!

Guest Memberships
This is available for experienced gym users wanting to try our facility for the first time, training with a friend or wanting a workout whilst on holiday. Please call us to find out more info.

Whether you choose a monthly membership or Pay as you Go, you can always expect an excellent service from our fully insured and highly qualified male and female instructors.
